Antibody production, protein purification and test development always are associated with some risk in relation to the degree of work, time and finally to the success of the project. Therefore there has to be an intensive dialogue with the customer before and throughout the working progress. Dependent on the specifc project and on customer demand agreements will be made as necessary. To avoid increasing costs as the result of failure or delay, appropriate agreements with clients will be made before the project is commenced.
